1. Stop smoking.

If you have this bad habit, it's not just affecting the lungs, but also affects the quality of your eyesight. Smoking increases intraocular pressure, which causes a variety of disease.



2. Eat blueberries.

Blueberries increase visual acuity and reduce eye fatigue and helps to prevent some eye disease. You can freeze blueberries and eat them all year long. This is much better than the blueberry pills. 



3. Take multivitamins.

Vitamins play a vital role in preserving vision. Statistics show that people who use vitamin, less prone to eye disease.



4. The correct position of the monitor.

When working with a computer monitor should be placed slightly below eye level. Thus, your upper eyelid will be omitted, reducing the evaporation of the fluid in the eye and reducing the development of dry eye syndrome.




5. Take a walk more often.

Walking outside has a beneficial effect on the entire body, including your eyesight. After all, in nature you relax and your eyes too.
